The service has been developing a great deal over 2024 with the new therapy services prepped for 2025. The website is being redone in 2 stages to accommodate this. Version 13 featured another update to the tools catalogue.
Today marks the fifth anniversary of the service. Thank you to all of those that have worked with or supported the service. The service continues to support people on their mental health journey and hundreds have now had positive outcomes. The new trauma service has also gotten off to a great start with 10 people receiving EMDR already. It has been an amazing experience and I look forward to continuing to provide an excellent and accessible service.
Robert completed Train the Counselling Trainer course that is recognised as an appropriate qualification for accreditation as a trainer of counsellors and psychotherapists.
The intellectual property office has registered Progress Psychotherapy as trademark number UK00003678004. Registered to Robert Fulton as a class 44 trademark.
Robert is now accredited by both BABCP and COSCA.
Today marks the second anniversary of Progress Psychotherapy (& RFCBT before it). I would like to thank all of those who entrusted us with their mental health care. To mark this occasion I have highlighted the big developments of this past year and then offer a sneak peek into my plans for year 3.
